Exchanges & Returns

Due to the nature of our product and associated hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on any men’s or women’s underwear items or bodysuits, unless the garment is faulty. We do not accept returns for incorrect size on underwear. We do not accept returns on sale items.

We want you to be happy with your Mighty Good Basics, so on all other styles, we will happily offer you an exchange or refund, provided the following requirements are met: 

• The item/s are returned within 14 days of you receiving them
• The item/s must be in original and unworn condition
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
• The item/s were not purchased as a part of our “sale”, “warehouse” or “sample” collections

The cost of return is at the buyers expense, unless the garment is faulty. Once received, a refund or exchange will be arranged within 7 business days. We will send a confirmation email once your return has been finalised. Mighty Good Basics reserves the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet our standards outlined.

To arrange a return, please email contact@mightygoodbasics.com.au with your order number and specify which items you’d like to return for refund or exchange.
